I am industrial engineering (UTN FRSF, Argentina) with an MBA in agribusiness (UB, Argentina). I run a farmland business in Cordoba (Argentina). I worked in TOYOTA ARGENTINA S.A. (Argentina) as engineer of production control in 2008. Then as project leader in the University of Illinois – Researcher (EEUU): “A vision of the Illinois Industry of Industrial Products derivates from Soybeans” in 2010. During that time I worked as agribusiness analyst for South America in HighQuest Partners (EEUU). From October 2010 to 2012 I worked as strategic planning manager in ADP Agronegocios del Plata S.A. - Agribusiness (Uruguay) and as operation manager from october 2012 to june 2013. In june 2013 I started a rural real estate business called OKARA with 2 partners and I participate as CEO. In june 2014 I started the startup OKARATech with a partnership with eng. Nicolas Jodal, the owner of GENEXUS (Uruguay), I participate as CEO too. OKARATech started as the IT unit from OKARA, to enhance the management of farmland funds through big data recorded from different sources like weather stations, machinery, satellite and airborne images, soil samples, etc. This became in the digital farming platform we have this days to manage agriculture. We want to expand the business in the world because we can optimize production and improve productivity by using the right inputs in the correct place at the ideal moment.
