A Senior Assessor, Judge, Juror and examiner in 9 quality awards in UAE and KSA with a great blend of academic and industry experience. Having assessed over 450 organisations in their organisational and excellence in addition to winning several awards, have gained exposure to practical implementations of business tools and techniques across a variety of industries and organisational structures.  I have an excellent social and professional networking skills e.g. establishing TQM online group that has over 1700 members from all over the world plus several achievements in the field of quality and excellence. I was recognised by several leaders in the UAE such as H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al-Maktoum, The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, H.H. Sheikh Saoud Bin Saqr Al-Qasemi, the Ruler of Ras Al-Khaimah and H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Said Al-Maktoum. I am a TEDx Speaker and a columnist at Emarat Al Youm. I published over 90 articles. I am also trainer and volunteer HR Business Partner at Dubai Human Development Award, Government of Dubai.
