Tedla is a multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and education sector. Tedla has been working on different positions with an NGO,Consulting firm & independent evaluator: Life Skills Trainer Education Programme Coordinator and Management Specialist, Programme Evaluator Instructor Project Officer Training Coordinator Project Manager Currently Tedla is Capacity Building Manager at Amref Health Africa in Ethiopia. Tedla has been working in coordinating curriculum development and course design, learning material writing, tutors and mentors training ,its practical implementation and supervision at a National level Tedla participated in different operational research,baseline survey and formative and summartive evaluations as a Lead Researcher,Assistant Researcher, data collector and trainer.
